RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at riolampe23@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Switzerland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Upon receipt, inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: B. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
